Dear Turtle Rock Families, Teachers and Staff,

Summer is here! How does it happen that we "blink" and the school year is over?

I have found many partners in serving Turtle Rock Elementary School this year. I want to especially thank all of our incredible volunteers who have given time and a piece of themselves throughout the 2008-2009 school year, Student Council, Ms. Catabijan, and our awesome teachers and staff who encourage and mentor our children each school day! They all deserve rest and rejuvenation for summer (and special blessings to those who have just delivered and those having babies over the summer break).

Before you know it, the first day of school, September 10, 2009 will be here! So let's enjoy the change in rhythm to our daily lives and look for more ways to create positive memories with our children while serving together in our community.
